Efficiency Improvement Services

Once you have your Home Performance Analysis report, you may want to install some or all of the recommended improvements immediately.

Senergy Maryland has developed partnerships with select home improvement companies that offer very competitive rates on air sealing, insulation, HVAC installation and other services to make your home more efficient and comfortable.

Our Home Performance Analysis INCLUDES an abbreviated re-audit with full combustion safety testing to ensure your appliances continue to operate safely after your improvements are installed.  Remember, even the best energy audit does no good if you don't act on the recommendations.

With your permission, we will arrange for one of our partners to set up a free estimate for you on the improvements you choose to make.
 

Most of the efficiency improvements we recommend are eligible for the new home efficiency federal tax credit.  The new rate is 30% of the cost of the improvements up to $1,500.  Keep in mind, this is a tax credit and not just a deduction.
