Step 2: Analysis and Report Creation

Once we have collected the information at your house, we will enter the data into a computer database that analyzes your home's current energy performance. Using the results of this analysis, we will produce recommendations for improvements to your home that are rated by their Savings to Cost Ratio, or SIR. This is simply the projected savings of the improvement, over it's lifetime, divided by it's cost to install or perform.

Many of the recommended improvements can be performed by you, the homeowner, if you are so inclined. However, we will also attach to your report a list of qualified contractors who can perform the recommended upgrades.

Of course, your are free to use anyone on this list or hire someone else that you trust to do quality work. Senergy Maryland only recommends contractors that we know will provide you with quality service.
