Step 3: Review of Report Findings

Within one week of your site visit, we will deliver your comprehensive Home Performance Analysis Report to you via mail and/or email, at your choosing. Once you have received your report, via telephone or, at a nominal extra charge in person, we will walk you through the report and thoroughly explain the results and recommendations.

The report recommendations will typically range from the very inexpensive to a fairly large investment on your part (such as replacing your HVAC equipment). We will work with you to make sure you understand the benefits of each recommended improvement.

For the more expensive items, you may be able to qualify for an Energy Efficient Mortgage, which allows you to refinance a larger portion of your home's value so you can finance your improvement over the life of your mortgage.
